PLAYHOUSE - Shopping Cart & Multi-Select


At one point we explored the ability to add, remove, and swap multiple items from the player’s design via the shopping cart. By exploring with interactive prototypes we decided that the better experience was just to allow them to select items in the room via the shopping cart. Once selected they would use existing design tools for deleting and adding furniture, rather than adding new complicated functionality to their cognitive load.
